Frog Workshop & Walk - Port Kembla

Would you like to learn more about the frogs of the Illawarra, including the endangered Green & Golden Bell Frog, and how you can record what you find in the local area?

Join Conservation Volunteers Australia for an informative frog workshop at the Port Kembla Community Centre with presentations from a local frog expert and the Australian Museum on the new Frog ID App. Then, embark on a guided evening walk around Coomaditchy Lagoon, where we will look for frogs and record calls in their natural habitat.

  • 6.30pm - 7.30pm: Workshop presentations & light refreshments
  • 8.00pm - 9.00pm: Wetland walk at Coomaditchy Lagoon

Proudly funded by the NSW Government, Port Kembla Community Investment Fund in association with the NSW Environmental Trust.
