    Our frogs need your help!

Meet one of the country’s leading frog experts – Dr Jodi Rowley – at the South Australian Museum, as she calls for help to save South Australia’s frogs.

Dr Rowley, Curator of Amphibian & Reptile Conservation Biology at the Australian Museum, is coming to Adelaide to launch FrogID, Australia’s first national frog count. Frogs are among the most endangered group of animals on the planet. FrogID will help safeguard the future of vulnerable species, such as South Australia’s Southern Bell Frog.

You may have seen stories or social media posts about the FrogID mobile phone app, developed by IBM, which is a little like Shazam for frogs. Now learn firsthand about South Australia’s frog species and what you can do to help protect them from habitat loss, disease and climate change.

FrogID is run in partnership with the South Australian Museum and other leading natural science museums across Australia.

There is no need to print a physical ticket. For booking enquiries, please call 8207 7575 or email programs@samuseum.sa.gov.au
